PURPOSE: A water-soluble nano-sulfur liquid and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate dispersion of sulfur under water. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble nano-sulfur liquid is dispersed in water at 50-100ppm concentration of polyvinyl pyrrolidone attached to the surface of the sulfur particle, glycerin which is coated on the surface of sulfur particle, and sulfur particle with particle size of 1-50 nano meters. The concentration of the sulfur particle, glycerin and polyvinyl pyrrolidone are controlled to be 50-100 ppm by adding water to a mixture including 1-50 wt% of sulfur particle, 5-10 wt% of glycerin, 1-5 wt% of polyvinyl pyrrolidone. A manufacturing method of the water-soluble nano-sulfur liquid comprises the following steps: biofermenting sulfur(s10); mixing 1-50wt% of sulfur, 5-10 wt% of glycerin, 1-5wt% of polyvinyl pyrrolidone and 35-93wt% of water; pulverizing and dispersing the outcome of the previous step so that the particle diameter of the sulfur can become 1-50 nano meters(s20); attaching the polyvinyl pyrrolidone to the glycerin while coating the glycerin to the surface of the sulfur(s30); controlling the concentration to 50-100ppm by adding water to the outcome(s40).
