PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil stamping device that conveys media by a roll mechanism and is free of color loss and color unevenness.SOLUTION: A foil stamping device includes an electrostatic attraction sheet which electrostatically attracts and fixes media having a foil film, coated with a coloring material, stacked together with the foil film; a conveyance mechanism which holds the electrostatic attraction sheet between a grid roller and a pinch roller and conveys the electrostatic attraction sheet in a first direction by driving the grid roller; a head unit having a press part which moves in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and presses the media with the foil film interposed; and a control unit which controls the conveyance mechanism and head unit according to a preinput pattern to press the media with the foil film interposed by the press part. |
