PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-yield method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion device 100 comprises the steps of: forming a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells on a substrate 10; and bonding a rear face protection material via a filler so as to sandwich the photoelectric conversion cells on the substrate 10. In the step of bonding the rear face protection material, the filler is formed using a resin sheet 28a in which an area overlapping a projecting part is removed, the projecting part being formed on a surface, where the photoelectric conversion cells are formed, of the substrate 10. |
