PURPOSE: A tape cutting device is provided to simply cut a tape, and to easily identify the residual amount of the tape. CONSTITUTION: A tape cutting device includes frames (10) which are bi-directionally and mutually separated at a certain distance. A supporting rod (20) is installed across the upper fronts of the frames, and an installation rod (30) at the rear of the supporting rod is fit into a hanging groove. Hanging hooks at the sides of the frames rotate, and cover the hanging groove. The hanging hooks are locked by locks. A first supporting plate (40) and a second supporting plate (50) are placed at the upper rears of the frames, and are mutually separated. Roll tapes (1) are fit into a tape mounting unit (60) which is fit to the installation rod. Weights (64) at the front of the tape mounting unit are supported by the supporting rod. Blades (63) at the rear of the tape mounting unit push a gap between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate in order to cut tapes.
