PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Hericium ramosum strain whose fruit bodies having a high quality can industrially stably be formed in a year-round facility at a low cost in a short period without relating to seasons, and to provide a method for artificially culturing the same. SOLUTION: Provided are the new Hericium ramosum strain selected from Hericium ramosum UFC-2770 strain (FREM AP-21307) and a variant thereof, and the method for artificially culturing the Hericium ramosum, comprising culturing the new Hericium ramosum strain in a mushroom bed to harvest the fruit bodies of the Hericium ramosum.
