METHOD OF MESSAGE BATCH VERIFICATION SCHEME USING BLOOM FILTER IN VANET

PURPOSE: A message batch verification method using a bloom filter in a VENET is provided to appropriately verify all messages in communications and to process the verification in real time. CONSTITUTION: A Road Side Unit (RSU) verifies a broadcasted message by a group signature key. The RSU confirms that the message has been transmitted from a legitimate member of a group (S23). The RSU computes the received message by a plurality of hash functions. The RSU generates a Bloom Filter Member (BFM) by using a bloom filter (S24). A reception vehicle receives the broadcasted message. The reception vehicle determines the validity of the massage by using the bloom filter transmitted by the RSU.
