PURPOSE: A ring shape precipitation type sphere NiP micro particle is provided to enhance monodispersion property and to be suitable for a conductive particle of an anisotropic conductive film and a circuit wiring formation of a substrate by including optimal amount of Cu. CONSTITUTION: A ring shape precipitation type sphere NiP micro particle includes P based on Ni as a main body. The sphere NiP micro particle includes 0.01-18 wt% of Cu. The average particle diameter d50 of the sphere NiP micro particles is 1-70 μm and the particle size distribution is [(d90-d10)/d50]<=0.8. (d90, d10, d50: particle diameter which shows 90 volume%, 10 volume%, 50 volume% in a cumulative distribution curve). The sphere NiP micro particle includes 1-15wt% of P based on Ni as a main body. A manufacturing method of the ring shape precipitation type sphere NiP micro particle comprises the following step: performing reducing precipitation by mixing nickel salt aqueous solution, pH buffer agent, mixed aqueous solution of pH buffer, and reducing agent aqueous solution which includes phosphorus. The pH during reducing precipitation is higher than 7. |
