FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: bench contains diesel-generator set with remote control from master controller, it is connected via static frequency converter with electric motor, which armature is connected via traction gear box to wheel set, which wheels rest on roll connected to flywheel and electric loading machine. Stator of traction electric motor is provided with induction heater, enveloping stator, covered with heat-insulation material, and to traction electric motor attached is system of its windings temperature control and blow-off system. During accelerated tests induction heater is switched on, it is covered with heat protection shield from above. Temperature of windings of traction electric motor is increased to moment of wheel sliding thus resulting in skidding and then in self-excited frictional oscillations. Temperature of this process start is recorded. Then induction heater is switched off and motor-fan is switched on supplying air by air duct to windings of traction electric motor thus resulting in initial state of temperature.EFFECT: providing tests acceleration and approaching of simulation conditions to operational ones under power consumption reduction.1 dwg |
