In particular, the present invention relates to a compound shown as formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and solvate thereof. The present invention also relates to the preparation method of the compound of formula (I), a pharmaceutical composition comprising same and the use thereof in preparing medicine. The compound of formula (I) of the present invention is an effective TPO agonist and a good drug for treating thrombocytopenia.
