PURPOSE: An application cafe management method using a tablet PC and a system thereof are provided to enable a new business model based on a tablet PC. CONSTITUTION: A tablet PC registering module (204) registers a tablet PC in a database. A tablet PC rental module (206) records a rental time and a return time of the registered tablet PC in the database to manage them. A charging module (208) processes charging according to tablet PC rental time. A download module (210) downloads application programs to tablet PCs connected to online through a wireless network. A sub network module (212) groups the tablet PCs and provides a sub network between group members. A point management module (214) manages points of the tablet PCs.
