PURPOSE: A production method of chicken batter mix powder is provided to produce crunchy and savory batter using coating corn starch and peanut mixed powder. CONSTITUTION: Weak flour, monosodium glutamate, black pepper powder, and soy sauce powder are mixed in a tumbler. Corn coating starch is inserted into the mixture. Peanut mixed powder is added to the mixture. |
