PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film for applying a thin-film transfer layer formed of a siloxane composition to a large-area and high-rigidity substrate to be transferred uniformly without defects through a simple production process.SOLUTION: A transfer film includes, on a support film, a transfer layer composed of a siloxane composition containing a siloxane. The siloxane composition shows a ductility factor of 0.40-0.99 when a triangular-pyramid indenter is pushed into a 2 μm-thick layer of the siloxane composition at a load of 1 mN. |
