The invention relates to the area of production of polymer coatings modified with admixtures for anti-rust protection of steel shells of fighting, sport-hunting, building and assembly cartridges and cartridges for fire arms for special purposes. A composition of anti-rust protective polymer coating additionally includes new components of modifier (formic acid and epoxy-alkyd tar E-30), those provide maximal compatibility of the whole complex of chemical compositions of modification admixture to each other and to polymer mix as well. The invention proposed solves the problem of development of new reliable protective coating set forth, differing by increased 1.5-2.0 times physical-chemical characteristics, elasticity, mechanical strength to tear, adhesion, absence of defects of appearance. Technological process of application of polymer coating can be carried out in one or two steps and includes operation of separation, this promotes improvement of appearance of the articles and decreases labor consumption at cleaning equipment – the drying chamber. |
