PURPOSE: A pipe having variable flexibility and a manipulator having the same are provided to selectively vary the flexibility of the pipe according to the internal pressure change of a tube. CONSTITUTION: A pipe (10) having variable flexibility comprises one or more flam members (11) and a tube (14). The tube is formed using an elastically deformable material and receives the flap members therein. Each of the flap members comprises multiple flap parts and a connection part. One side of each flap part is connected to the connection part. The tube changes the pressure transferred to the flap parts according to the internal pressure change thereof.
