PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stabilizing uric acid in solution by avoiding the deposition or decomposition of uric acid in preservation of solution containing uric acid, uric acid standard solution which contains stabilized uric acid, and a measuring kit which measures uric acid containing this uric acid standard solution.SOLUTION: At least one substance which is selected from bis(2-hydroxyethyl )iminotris(hydroxymethyl) methane (Bis-Tris), N-(2-acetamido)iminodiacetic acid ester (ADA), N-(2-acetamido)-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid (ACES), N-tris(hydroxymethyl)-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid (TES) and 3-morpholino propanesulfonic acid (MOPS), is added to solution containing uric acid. |
