PURPOSE: A disposable container which uses coffee wastes and a production method thereof are provided to produce a coffee waste mixture, in which coffee wastes and additives are mixed, by injection molding in a mold with a container shape. CONSTITUTION: A disposable container which uses coffee wastes and a production method thereof is produced by injection molding inserting a coffee waste mixture, in which the coffee wastes and additives are mixed, into a mold in a container shape. The additives contain polyethylene (PE) and a binder resin. A production method of the disposable container includes the following steps. The coffee waste mixture is formed by mixing the coffee wastes and the mixture. The coffee waste mixture is injected in the container shaped mold. The coffee waste mixture which is injected in the mold goes through injection molding.
