SOLUTION: A monitoring device 109 provided by an information processing system monitors operation states of a plurality of job processors 103, 104, makes instruction so as to increase tasks of either of the job processors 103, 104 in accordance with the matter that specific job processors 103, 104 process jobs exceeding a prescribed number, monitors the job processors 103, 104 for increasing tasks to process jobs on the basis of a scale-out instruction for a specified time, confirms whether a throughput is improved in the job processors 103, 104 which increases the tasks, and makes instruction so as to reduce the increased tasks when confirming that the throughput is not improved. !
