PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable application of a dust sealer to a join line between a dashboard lower and a front floor panel while preventing a front part of a side sill from falling to the inside in a vehicle-width-direction by a collision load.SOLUTION: A side sill 11 and a floor frame 15 are connected together by a floor gusset 22. Thus, when a collision load at a narrow offset frontal collision is input into the front end of the side sill 11, a load urging the side sill 11 to fall to the inside in a vehicle-width-direction is transmitted to the floor frame 15 via the floor gusset 22, and the fall of the side sill 11 can be prevented by a reaction force received from the floor frame 15 by the floor gusset 22. Additionally, since the floor gusset 22 is arranged along the rear of a join line L between a rear edge of a dashboard lower panel 16 and a front edge of a front floor panel 12, the join line L is prevented from being concealed with the floor gusset 22, to enable work for applying the dust sealer to the join line L. |
