PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency sensor device that produces a high output of a high frequency signal by reducing a power attenuation of the high frequency signal in an oscillation circuit section for generating the high frequency signal.SOLUTION: A high frequency sensor device 1 comprises: a dielectric substrate; a transmission line formed of conductive foil on a surface of the dielectric substrate to transmit a high frequency signal; an oscillation circuit section 2 for generating the high frequency signal; an antenna section 3 for radiating outward the high frequency signal as a transmitted signal and receiving a reflected signal; and a detection section for detecting a motion state of an object of detection from the transmitted signal and received signal. The oscillation circuit section 2 has an amplification element 5 for amplifying the high frequency signal, and a reflection section 4 for reflecting the high frequency signal toward the amplification element 5, and generates the high frequency signal by using the reflection section 4 in repeatedly reflecting a desired high frequency signal toward the amplification element 5. The amplification element 5 and the reflection section 4 are physically coupled together. |
