PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance type touch panel sensor which is low in wire resistance, which is stably operable, which is high in transmission, which is high in contrast, and which is inexpensive when the touch panel sensor is integrated with a display.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor is configured such that the visualization required sections of the front face and back face of a film are respectively formed with striped copper wiring 2 and 3, and that the visualization unrequired section is formed with lead-out copper wiring 6 of the striped copper wiring 2 and 3. A film-shaped touch panel sensor is configured such that the striped copper wiring on the front and back faces of the film are insulated from each other, and that the striped copper wiring on the front and back faces are disposed so as to intersect, and that black copper oxide films 15 and 16 are disposed at the visualization side of the copper wiring on the front and back faces. |
