PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film arranged so that the worsening of perceptibility by a pattern is suppressed even when used as an electrostatic capacitive touch panel because of a small difference in optical property between portions with and without a transparent conductive film member.SOLUTION: The conductive film comprises: a transparent plastic film base material; and a conductive layer provided on at least one side of the base material. The conductive film includes: a portion (A) having a hardened film member stacked on the base material; and a portion (B) having the hardened film member on the base material and a transparent conductive film member stacked thereon. The difference in refraction index between the hardened film member and the transparent conductive film member is 0.3 or smaller. In the portion (A) with the hardened film member stacked on the base material, the haze, which is defined by JIS-K-7105, is within a range of 1-5%.
