MONOCRYSTAL GROWING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A single crystal growing apparatus is provided to reduce temperature gradient by changing the structure of a refractory used for insulation. CONSTITUTION: A crucible accommodates a raw material for single crystal growth. A fire refractory chamber (120) accommodates the crucible. The inside of the fire refractory chamber comprises a first region (A) and a second region (B). The crucible is arranged in the first region. A single crystal (130) is elevated in the second region.
