PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device capable of appropriately allocating a radio resource for transmitting a reference signal to a newly connected mobile terminal, even in a state that radio resources for reference signal transmission becomes short. SOLUTION: The base station device comprises: a scheduling table storing radio resource allocation information representing a frequency and a bandwidth for use in a mobile terminal to transmit a reference signal, on the basis of each mobile terminal; a division target decision unit for deciding whether or not a radio resource bandwidth allocated to a mobile terminal can be narrowed, on the basis of each radio resource allocated to the mobile terminal; a radio resource division unit for narrowing the radio resource bandwidth allocated to the mobile terminal based on the decision result of the division target decision unit; and a radio resource allocation unit for allocating the radio resource vacated by the radio resource division unit to another mobile terminal.
