PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing wrapping bag and its manufacturing method which can achieve the freedom of the positioning of tools with the improved bonding strength of a top sheet and side sheets. SOLUTION: Top bonded parts 22, 25 are formed by the two-folded top sheet 12 and the top area of a front side sheet 13 and the top area of a back side sheet 14 bonded to each other by hot welding. The top bonded parts 22, 25 have center bonded parts 23, 26 formed in a way that they are positioned at a center region in the width direction of a body 10 and side bonded parts 24, 27 formed in a way that they are positioned at a side region in the width direction of the body 10. The center side of the side bonded parts 24, 27 and sides of the center bonded parts 23, 26 are positioned in a way that they overlap with each other and the top sheet 12, the front side sheet 13, and the back side sheet 14 are doubl-bonded at this section.
