Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a stick-type teabag. Provided is the method for manufacturing the stick-type teabag comprising the steps of: (a) removing a portion of a paperboard so that one pair of holes are symmetrically formed with a virtual center line formed on the paperboard; (b) arranging on one side of the paperboard a jig provided with a groove on positions that correspond to each of the one pair of holes; (c) arranging on an upper portion of the one pair of holes a mesh member so as to cover each of the one pair of holes; (d) coupling the edge of the mesh member with a portion of the paperboard adjacent to the holes while one side of the mesh member is pressed with a pressing stick so that the pressing stick is inserted into the grooves; and (e) gluing the inside of the paperboard, while the paperboard is folded with the center line at the center and with tea interposed therebetween so that the tea is trapped inside a storage pouch. |
