PURPOSE: A sponge roller brush for brushing and conveying LCD panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to protect the health of an operator and the environment by not using an adhesive and discharging chemical materials. CONSTITUTION: A first pipe (1) and a second pipe (2) are prepared. The diameter of the second pipe is larger than the diameter of the first pipe. A grasper (3) is formed in the circumference of the first pipe. An upper cap (4) and a lower cap (5) are prepared. The upper cap and the lower cap seal the end of the first pipe and the second pipe respectively. The first pipe is inserted into the second pipe to form an assembly. The lower end of the assembly is sealed by the lower cap. A sponge liquid (6) is injected into a space between the first pipe and the second pipe. The upper end of the assembly is sealed by the upper cap. |
