PURPOSE: An attachment-type automatic sanitation/cleanness monitoring system using wireless communications and a method thereof are provided to prevent diseases caused by the spread of infection like influenza. CONSTITUTION: A sanitation/cleanness monitoring unit (11) is attached to various disinfectors, is connected to the driving part of the various disinfectors, and generates a cleanness signal when the driving part is actuated. A polluted area monitoring unit (13) is installed at a polluted area and constantly generates a pollution signal. When a user wearing a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag (12) approaches the sanitation/cleanness monitoring unit or the polluted area monitoring unit within a pre-set distance, the RFID tag receives a cleanness signal or a pollution signal, and displays the state of cleanness or generates a sound.
