PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold insulation device which can perform hot and cold insulation while being properly placed on a section such as the neck and the shoulder of a human body, or on an article such as a bottle and a can, and at the same time, is excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: A hot and cold insulation device includes: a sealed container 10 wherein both ends of a cylindrical body section 11 are sealed by sealing sections 12 and 14; and a heating medium which is filled in the sealed container 10. The body section 11 of the sealed container 10 is formed into a bellows shape, and is made freely flexible. The heating medium is a solution containing salts, sugars or polyatomic alcohol. |
