PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer having low rotary resistance of an agitator, causing little biting of a material, and allowing stable kneading processing.SOLUTION: An agitator 13 with an approximately square-shaped frame type is fixed to the lower end of a driven shaft 11 revolving around a drive shaft 8 while rotating, the agitator 13 is formed in such a manner that the outer peripheral edge of the rotation track of the agitator 13 approaches the inner peripheral wall of an agitating tank 4, and a pair of plate-like rake-up blades 15 formed by being tilted by approximately 45° so as to separate gradually from a bottom wall of the agitating tank 4 in relation to the rotation direction are provided at both ends of a horizontal member 14 of the lower end of the agitator 13. Furthermore, when kneading a material by the agitator 13, biting of the material can be suppressed, and a part of the material can be easily made to pass through to rear of the agitator 13, and the rotary resistance of the agitator 13 can be effectively reduced without excessively staying the material in front of the agitator 13. |
