The system (1) has a humidity sensor provided in connection tube (24,25) and installed between water separator (5) and compressor (4), to measure humidity of the suction volumetric air flow in connection tube. A flow control unit (13) arranged between drying air hoses (6-8,21-23), controls air flow. A control unit is coupled with humidity sensor and laid out, to successively measure humidity of air flow in hoses at predetermined intervals. The control unit is provided to release air flow through opening by setting positioning devices for pre-programmed drying intervals. An independent claim is included for method for drying insulating layers of floor in vacuum process.
