PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mixed beverages is provided to remove bitter taste by hot water extracting and mixing pre-treated mug wort and black garlic. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mixed beverages comprises the following steps: adding 10L of water to 1kg of black garlic and hot water extracting at a temperature range of 140-180 deg. Celsius for 3.2-8 hours; dipping mug wort into salt water; washing the dipped mug wort with water; naturally drying the washed mug wort in shade; cutting the dried mug wort into 5-8 cm; roasting the cut mug wort in a heat container; naturally drying the roasted mug wort; adding 15L of water to 0.5kg of pre-treated mug wort and hot water extracting at 115-125 deg. Celsius for 2.3-3.3 hours; and mixing the black garlic with mug wort at a weight ratio of 93:7.
