PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsation detector, an electronic device and a program, capable of executing an appropriate body movement noise reducing process even if a pulsation component is included in a body movement detection signal.SOLUTION: A pulse detector 100 includes: a body movement noise reducing part 115 for executing a body movement noise reducing process to reduce body movement noise components included in a pulse wave detection signal from a pulse wave detection part 10 including a pulse wave sensor 11; and a determining part 114 for executing a determining process for a body movement detection signal used in the body movement noise reducing process. The determining part 114 decides whether or not a pulsation component is included in a contact pressure detection signal from a body movement detection part 20 having a contact pressure sensor 22, and executes a determining process for determining whether or not the contact pressure detection signal should be used as the body movement detection signal based on the result of decision. The body movement noise reducing part 115 executes a body movement noise reducing process based on the pulse wave detection signal and the contact pressure detection signal if it is determined that the contact pressure detection signal should be used as the body movement detection signal. |
