The present invention relates to an electrically conductive polymer/filler composite and to a method for preparing same, using sea-island fibers formed during the blending of two types of polymers, structural characteristics such as a co-continuous phase structure, and selective dispersion characteristics of conductive fillers. The polymer/conductive filler composite according to the present invention comprises polycarbonate, poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) copolymer, maleic anhydride graft styrene acrylonitrile copolymer, and carbon nanotubes. Here, the structure of the polymer blend is controlled by adjusting the ratio of the polycarbonate and poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) copolymer, and the physical properties of the composite can be improved through the selective dispersion of the conductive fillers. According to the present invention, the method for preparing a polymer/conductive filler composite is carried out by molding the composition with a twin-screw extruder, and therefore the polymer/conductive filler composite has more enhanced electrical conductivity using the selective dispersion characteristic of the conductive fillers. |
