PURPOSE: A solid fuel is provided to facilitate handling and preserving the same, to carry it safely without a risk, and to provide thermal power for urgent emergency. CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel comprises the following: the first solution comprising 1-20 wt% of hydrophilic resin and 20-90 wt% of alcoholic solvent; the second solution comprising 1-30 wt% of lipophilic resin and 1-50 wt% of ketone group solvent; and 0.1-10 wt% of thickening agent increasing the viscosity.
