DUST PROOF TYPE LINEAR ROBOT

PURPOSE: A dustproof linear robot is provided to precisely maintain the operational accuracy of the linear robot by blocking foreign substances such as glass frit or metal chips in an extreme environment. CONSTITUTION: A dustproof linear robot comprises a main frame (2), a lateral surface cover, an upper cover (5), a table (7), an air pipe (52), and an air inlet for air curtains. An air curtain is formed in a space between a side cover and the upper cover by including a nozzle (53) formed to spray the compressed air into a side cover in the air pipe. A connecting piece (33) of the side cover is formed to be upwardly inclined as a fixed unit (31) is low and a protrusion unit (32) is higher.
