An LED lamp capable of regulating dimming comprises a lamp cap (3), a lamp holder (2), a bulb shell (1), an LED illuminator assembly, a substrate and a power converter which is fixedly arranged on the substrate. A basic operating circuit of the power converter comprises a one-way bridge rectifier circuit T, a resistor R and an LED illuminator combination. The contact a of a diode D1 and a diode D4 and the contact c of a diode D2 and a diode D3 in the one-way bridge rectifier circuit are respectively connected to an alternating-current power supply AC, are led out from the contact b of the diode D1 and the diode D2 which form the one-way bridge rectifier circuit, and return into a closed loop of the contact d of the diode D3 and the diode D4 which form the one-way bridge rectifier circuit to be connected in series in sequence to the LED illuminator combination which is composed of 35 to 120 LED chips. The resistor R is arranged between an output power supply and the contact a of the diode D1 and the diode D4. Therefore, the built-in LED basic operating circuit is formed.
