A guide bush adjusting device comprises a dropper (24) (mobile body) provided so as to be displaceable with respect to the guide bush sleeve (7) comprising a screw connection member (14) (connection member) which connects with a guide bush (9) accommodated in a guide bush sleeve (7) (cylinder body) and an operation member (18) for operating the displacement of the screw connection member (14). In a fixation release state of the operation member (18), the dropper (24) is caused to be displaced. By fixing the operation member (18) at a prescribed position, the guide bush (9) is caused to be moved and positioned with respect to the guide bush sleeve (7), and the inner diameter dimensions of the guide bush (9) are adjusted. |
