A method for simulation of elfwort extract healing effect on wound surface involves use of herbs extract, formation of template wound in Wistar rats, intraperitoneal injection of thiopental sodium, and application of elfwort dense extract. The template wound is formed by removal of skin flap after preliminary intraperitoneal injection of thiopental sodium, in a day elfwort dense extract is applied in dose of 0.05 ml/cmonce per day till final healing in dose of 0.05 ml/cmonce per day till final healing. |
