<p>The present invention provides: an electromagnetic steel sheet having a large interlayer resistance value when laminated; a coating agent for forming insulative coatings that is used for said electromagnetic steel sheet and that is characterized by comprising the following components (A), (B) and (C), and a solvent; and a method for producing the above. Component (A): 100 parts by mass, in terms of solid content, of an aqueous carboxyl group-containing resin. Component (B): more than 40 parts by mass to less than 150 parts by mass, in terms of solid content, of an aluminum-containing oxide per 100 parts by mass, in terms of solid content, of said component (A). Component (C): more than 20 parts by mass to less than 100 parts by mass, in terms of solid content, of at least one cross-linking agent selected from the group consisting of melamine, isocyanates, and oxazolines per 100 parts by mass, in terms of solid content, of said component (A).</p> |
