The present invention relates to a system for transmitting emergency patient information, and more specifically to a system for transmitting emergency patient information which transmits, until the arrival of an emergency patient at a medical treatment center, emergency patient information to places needing same, such as a medical treatment center, by means of a multi-relay system having distributed servers. The system for transmitting emergency patient information according to the present invention comprises: a transport center for transporting an emergency patient; a medical treatment center for treating the emergency patient; and a relay center for transmitting and receiving data from the transport and medical treatment centers, wherein the relay center comprises: a receiving server for receiving data transmitted from the transport center; a data server for storing and managing data received by the receiving server; and a transmission server for transmitting data stored in the data server. The present invention for a system for transmitting emergency patient information allows distributing the sever load via the relay center configured so as to permit a multi-relay, and thus the benefit of prompt and accurate delivery of emergency patient information from the transport center to the medical treatment center is anticipated.
