<p>The magazine (1) has a magazine unit (1.1), and a separating unit (3) arranged downstream of the magazine unit and provided for block pieces (2, 2'') removed from the magazine unit. An adjusting unit (4) is arranged downstream of the separating unit with respect to a transport direction (T) of the block pieces. A detection unit evaluates an angle position (W) of the block pieces with respect to a rotational axis (2.1). The adjusting unit has a drive unit i.e. drive wheel (4.1), for rotating the block pieces around the axis, where the detection unit has a proximity switch or a photo sensor.
