PURPOSE: A valve plate for a compressor is provided to prevent the damage of the lead neck portion of an exhaust valve by forming a groove for filtering foreign materials in the position irrelevant to the lead neck portion for smooth ventilation of foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A valve plate(120) for a compressor is coupled with an exhaust valve(130). A foreign materials groove(125) is formed in one side of a valve plate body(121) facing the exhaust valve. The cross width(K) of the foreign materials groove is larger than that(T) of a lead neck portion. Opening portions(126) are formed in the both sides of the foreign materials groove. The width of the opening portion is formed in 0.5 to 2.5mm. The depth of the foreign materials groove is in 0.5 to 2.5mm. |
