PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fixing jig, which can manufacture a fixing jig for sucking and holding a plate-shaped object to be cut, easily and at low manufacture cost, and the fixing jig manufactured by the method.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a fixing jig, which includes a sheet having suction grooves and suction holes and a base having a through passage corresponding to each of the suction holes, includes: (a) a molding step (S1), in which cold setting liquid-form resin is supplied to a cavity in a mold which has the cavity corresponding to the sheet and a protrusion corresponding to the suction groove provided at the bottom of the cavity; (b) an abutting step (S3), in which the base is abutted against the molding face of the mold while being positioned thereat; (c) a hardening step (S4), in which the resin is hardened; (d) a mold-releasing step (S6), in which a sheet is formed on the base by mold-releasing; and (e) a suction hole making step (S7), in which a suction hole is created in the sheet by boring the sheet through the through passage. |
