PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate capable of suppressing variations in thickness of a printing film and variations in shape of a printing pattern, to provide a printing device with the screen printing plate, and to provide a method of manufacturing an electronic component using the printing device.SOLUTION: A screen printing plate 1 has, in a plate frame 2, a first region 3 having a pattern formation part 3a, and a pair of second regions 4a and 4b formed adjacently to both ends of the first region 3. The first and second regions 3, 4a and 4b are divided in a width direction orthogonal to a movement direction of a squeegee indicated by an arrow A. First and second screen masks 5, 6a and 6b are stretched on the first and the second regions 3, 4a and 4b. The second screen masks 6a and 6b are formed of a mask material having a modulus of elasticity smaller than that of the first screen mask 5. A printing device has the screen printing plate 1, and an electronic component such as a coil component is manufactured. |
