The invention relates to an anti-snoring and apnea-attenuating pillow formed by a body in the form of a wedge which tapers off towards one or two sides in order to allow the use thereof by the user in the supine position or in a lateral position facing one side or another, enabling the prevention or elimination of snoring and apnea which some people respectively do and/or suffer during their sleep.
