CARTRIDGE AND ASSEMBLY FOR OBTAINING A BEVERAGE

A cartridge (1) for obtaining a beverage by injecting into the cartridge (1) a pressurized fluid, comprising a box-like body (2, 3), which accommodates a substance (302) from which it is possible to extract the beverage, and which accommodates on its inside an insert (5) which separates the substance (302) from a bottom wall (4) of the box-like body, forming an interspace (521). The insert (5) comprises an orifice (505) for the passage of the beverage toward the interspace (521), whereas the bottom wall (4) comprises a region (401) which can be pierced to obtain an opening (410) for the outflow of the beverage. In the interspace (521) there is a basin (520) which is arranged laterally with respect to the pierceable region (401) in order to accumulate the beverage received directly from the orifice (505) and make it flow out of the opening (410) by overflowing.
