摘要 PURPOSE: A highly efficientπ-type thermoelectric module for power generation and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve the adhesion of a substrate and an electrode by using metal gauze and metal paste. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode(124) is formed on a lower plate(150). An upper electrode(122) is formed on an upper plate(110). A P-n thermal thermoelectric material(130,140) is formed between the upper electrode and the lower electrode. The p-n thermoelectric material includes a pillar p-type thermoelectric material and an n-type thermoelectric material. The P-n thermoelectric material has a rectangular shape.
