PURPOSE: An optical fiber sensor for blood analysis is provided to have simple structure and easily detect concentration information of saccharides within blood. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber sensor for blood analysis comprises a main optical fiber(12), a sensing film(20), a light source(30), an optical detector(40), and an output unit(50). A sensing film is formed at the end portion of main optical fiber and comprises at least one among glutamic acid, glucose, lactic acid, and choline within blood of an examined subject and fluorescence dye. An optical detector detects generated reaction beam by reacting to the oxidase of the sensing film. The output unit generates concentration of saccharides of the examined subject from light which is detected from the optical detector. [Reference numerals] (50) Output unit; (52) Display unit;
