PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transceiver which, by way of a user intentionally controlling transmit power, suppresses involuntary consumption of power so as to be capable of extending consecutive run-time, and which, moreover, is suitable for securing "symmetry of communication."SOLUTION: The wireless transceiver lowers an upper bound of transmit power by operation of operation means so as to lower receive sensitivity according to the upper bound of the lowered transmit power. As a result, it is possible for the user to determine the upper bound of the transmit power of the wireless transceiver so that by the user managing the transmit power, power consumption is suppressed in order to allow extending the consecutive run-time. In addition, it is possible to weaken the effect of the radio frequency electromagnetic field thereof upon the human body. Furthermore, it is possible to decrease the degree to which the "symmetry of communication" collapses. |
