The machine has a chassis including frames (2), storage vessel, distribution unit i.e. spraying bar (9), that is provided with spraying nozzles (10) and a clear water container (6) for accommodating purification liquid i.e. clear water. A cleaning device cleans sub-regions of the machine, and is arranged below the frames of the machine. A guide rail is extended below the frame in longitudinal direction of the machine, and includes liquid apertures e.g. spray nozzles, that are arranged at distance to each other. A cleaning element (11) extends perpendicular to longitudinal direction of machine.
